Begin by finding a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. Gently close your eyes, and allow your body to soften.
Take a deep breath in… and slowly breathe out.
Again, inhale calm… and exhale tension.
Let your shoulders relax.
Let your face soften.
Now imagine yourself standing in front of a clear, calm lake. The air is fresh and cool on your skin. The water sparkles in the gentle sunlight, smooth and welcoming.
You walk slowly toward the edge and notice your reflection in the water—not just your face, but your whole being. You see yourself through the eyes of kindness, not judgment. You notice strength in your eyes. You notice warmth in your presence.
Take a moment to acknowledge how your skin has been trying to protect and heal you. Even the breakouts—while frustrating—are your body’s way of releasing and renewing.
Now, imagine a soft, golden light beginning to flow down from above. It touches the crown of your head, warm and healing. This light carries compassion, peace, and acceptance.
Feel it gently wash over your face, your skin, your heart.
Let it whisper:
“You are not your acne.”
“You are whole, even as you heal.”
“You are more than enough.”
With each breath, imagine this healing light soothing every cell—bringing balance, calm, and love.
Allow yourself to feel proud of how far you’ve come. How strong your body is. How patient your spirit is becoming.
Breathe that in… and let it settle into your heart.
When you're ready, bring your attention back to the room. Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Gently open your eyes.
Carry this calm with you.
And remember: healing is a journey, not a race. You are doing beautifully.
