Find a peaceful spot where you can sit or lie down comfortably. Close your eyes, and begin to notice your breath without changing it. Just observe…

Now take a slow, steady inhale through your nose…
And a long, gentle exhale through your mouth.
Again—breathe in peace…
And breathe out any tightness, slowly.
Now imagine you are standing on the top of a quiet hill, looking out over wide, open fields. The air here is clear, soft, and pure—cool enough to refresh you, warm enough to comfort you.
You place your hand over your chest.
With each breath, you feel the air moving in and out—gently, naturally.
Suddenly, you feel a breeze surrounding you—circling your body like a soft, invisible ribbon.
It whispers to your lungs:
“You are safe to breathe.”
“There is enough air.”
“There is space for you here.”
With each inhale, imagine this breeze entering your lungs and gently opening all the tiny airways inside…
Like flowers opening to morning sunlight—soft, calm, and effortless.
The air moves easily now.
The tightness begins to melt.
There is no rush. No pressure. Only breath.
You can feel your chest loosening…
Your shoulders lowering…
Your whole body beginning to relax.
Now see a soft blue light filling your lungs—a cooling, calming energy.
This light reduces inflammation, soothes irritation, and reminds your lungs how to breathe freely and fully.
Feel that healing light spread—through your lungs, through your ribcage, through your whole body.
Bringing you into ease…
Into balance…
Into peace.
Take one more deep, gentle breath in…
And a long, soft exhale.
When you're ready, return slowly to the present.
Wiggle your fingers… your toes… and open your eyes.
You are breathing. You are safe. You are strong.
