Find a comfortable place to rest. Close your eyes, and let your shoulders drop away from your ears. Take a deep breath in… and slowly release it out.
Again—inhale peace…
Exhale tension…
Now, imagine yourself lying in a cozy cabin in the mountains.
Outside, a gentle rain is falling.
Inside, you're wrapped in a warm, soft blanket beside a glowing fire.
The air is cool, fresh, and easy to breathe.
You can feel the warmth of the fire radiating toward your chest.
It is not too hot—just soothing.
It begins to melt away the tightness, the heaviness, the irritation inside your lungs.
With every breath in, imagine that warm energy moving gently into your chest.
It spreads through your lungs, bringing comfort and healing.
Soothing the lining of your airways…
Easing inflammation…
Loosening congestion…
You may even imagine a gentle golden mist, filling your lungs with healing light.
This mist clears away the thick, heavy feeling…
And replaces it with softness, moisture, and ease.
Breathe slowly, calmly…
Let this golden mist sweep through every bronchial tube—
Cleansing, calming, restoring.
You might even hear a quiet whisper from deep within:
“You are healing.”
“Each breath brings relief.”
“Your lungs are clearing.”
Feel your body letting go…
Letting go of the struggle to breathe…
Letting go of the discomfort…
Letting in calm, clear, nourishing breath.
You are resting.
You are healing.
You are supported.
Take one final breath in… let it fill you with light.
And exhale, slowly and completely.
When you're ready, gently return to the present.
Wiggle your fingers and toes…
And softly open your eyes.
You are clearing. You are restoring. You are breathing with ease.
