Guided Imagery for Anaemia (2–3 Minutes)

Find a quiet space where you can rest. Close your eyes and begin to breathe slowly and deeply.

Inhale deeply…

And exhale gently.

Let each breath bring you deeper into calm.

Now, imagine yourself resting in a warm cocoon of soft red light.

This light surrounds you like a blanket—safe, nurturing, and full of life.

It pulses gently, like a heartbeat—steady and strong.

With each breath in, you draw in this healing red light.

It flows through your lungs, into your blood, and to every cell of your body.

You can feel it strengthening you… quietly, lovingly.

Visualize your blood like a calm river, flowing freely and easily through you.

Each drop rich with oxygen… each cell vibrant and nourished.

Your body is absorbing what it needs.

Your energy is returning, slowly and steadily.

Now place your attention on your bone marrow—the quiet, sacred space deep within your bones where new blood is created.

Imagine it glowing gently, awakened by this red light, and working peacefully to restore balance.

With love. With wisdom. With time.

You may hear a soft whisper:

“Your body knows how to heal.”

“Your strength is building.”

“You are being renewed.”

Feel a deep sense of gratitude for all the parts of your body working together—quietly, day and night, to bring you back into harmony.

Stay in this peaceful space for a few more moments…

Breathing in life…

Breathing out fatigue…

When you're ready, gently return to the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

And slowly open your eyes.

You are replenishing. You are powerful. You are healing.
