Begin by sitting or lying in a quiet, comfortable place. Let your eyes gently close.

Take a long, slow breath in… and breathe out softly.
Let your shoulders drop… let your jaw relax…
Let your body begin to rest.
Now, imagine you are standing in a serene garden. There are trees around you—strong, proud, and rooted deep into the earth. Some have leaves… some have blossoms… some have bare branches. Yet each is beautiful in its own way—alive, unique, and whole.
You walk slowly to the center of the garden where a clear pool of water waits.
You kneel beside it and look into the surface.
Your reflection smiles back at you—not just your appearance, but your essence.
You see strength, courage, and softness all at once
From above, a gentle silver mist begins to fall—cool, calming, and nurturing.
It touches your scalp, your skin, and flows through your entire being.
It whispers:
“You are more than your hair.”
“You are radiant in your truth.”
“Healing happens in many ways.”
With each breath, this mist enters the cells of your body—bringing balance to your immune system…
Soothing the stress beneath the surface…
Reminding your body it’s safe to simply be.
Now picture tiny seeds of light being planted gently in your scalp and your heart—these are seeds of self-love, peace, and restoration.
They do not rush to grow. They rest.
They trust the rhythm of your healing.
Feel yourself embraced by this garden, by the earth, by life itself.
Hair or no hair, you are still you.
Still whole. Still worthy.
Take one more deep breath in… and release.
And when you feel ready, gently return to the room. Wiggle your fingers and toes… and open your eyes softly.
You are more than enough. You are not alone. You are healing.
