Settle into a comfortable position. Allow your body to relax. Gently close your eyes and take a slow, deep breath in… and out.

Again, breathe in gently… and let it go.
Feel your body begin to soften—your shoulders, your chest, your jaw.
Now imagine you are walking through a peaceful meadow just after a gentle rain.
The air is clean and fresh. The grass is soft beneath your feet.
Every flower, every blade of grass glistens with healing droplets.
This is a space where your body feels safe—where the environment is gentle, where nothing is triggering, and your immune system can finally rest.
You sit down in the middle of the meadow, and feel a gentle, warm breeze swirl around you. It wraps around your body like a soft scarf, made of comfort and calm.
This breeze carries with it the message your immune system has been longing to hear:
“You are safe.”
“You don’t need to overreact.”
“Everything is okay.”
Visualize your immune system now—like a team of loving caretakers inside your body. They’ve been working overtime, scanning for threats.
But here, in this safe place, they’re learning to slow down…
To pause…
To breathe.
See them stepping back, softening, recalibrating.
Letting go of false alarms.
A soft light begins to spread through your body—cool and calming.
It flows through your sinuses… your lungs… your skin… your gut.
Every place that holds reactivity is now being gently soothed.
Feel your breath becoming smoother.
Feel your body becoming lighter.
You are in balance.
You are in harmony.
You are safe within yourself.
Take one last deep breath… breathe in ease… and exhale gratitude.
Slowly bring yourself back to the room. Wiggle your fingers and toes. And when you’re ready, gently open your eyes.
Your body is learning. You are healing. You are whole
