Guided Imagery for Adrenal Fatigue (2–3 Minutes)

Find a quiet place where you can rest. Gently close your eyes and allow your body to settle into comfort.

Take a deep breath in…

And slowly exhale.

Again, breathe in deeply—like you’re drawing in calm…

And release anything you’ve been holding.

With each breath, let yourself sink deeper… softer… safer.

Now imagine yourself lying in a beautiful forest clearing. Soft moss beneath you, like a natural mattress. The trees around you sway gently in the breeze, tall and protective. Their branches form a peaceful canopy above, filtering the light into golden beams.

You hear birdsong in the distance, and a soft wind brushes your face. This is a place of deep restoration.

Above you, the sky glows with a warm, golden light—the energy of life itself. This golden light begins to flow down slowly, like honey…It touches your head, your shoulders, your chest…

With every breath, this light enters your body—moving into your adrenal glands, just above your kidneys. These small but powerful glands are overworked… tired…But here, in this sacred space, they’re finally allowed to rest.

Feel the golden light soothing them… calming their racing…

Whispering:

“You are safe now.”

“You don’t have to be on high alert.

“It’s okay to let go.”

As the light continues to flow through your body, you feel your nervous system begin to relax.

The fight, the flight… slowly melt away.

Let this moment be a reminder:

You are not meant to live in constant survival.

You are allowed to pause.

You are allowed to heal.

Feel your breath deepen. Your body growing heavier and more at ease.

You are being gently recharged from the inside out. Quietly. Kindly. Naturally.

Take one more deep breath in… and release.

When you're ready, begin to return to the room—carrying this softness with you.

Wiggle your fingers and toes… and gently open your eyes.

You are healing. You are held. And you are enough
